• Technical Guidance and Support:

  • Propose solutions to overcome technical challenges.

• Onboarding and Adoption:

  • Facilitate customer onboarding and ensure successful implementation and post-launch support.
  • Maintain an ongoing technical advisory role throughout the customer journey.

• Collaboration and Travel:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with customer objectives.
  • Occasionally visit customer sites for workshops, support, and relationship-building.
